Our shipping is outsourced and timeframes for delivery will depend on variables such as the shipping option you select, the carrier, the time of order and your geographic location.
Delivery times serve as an illustrative guide only, and while every effort is made in good faith to estimate how long delivery will take, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
UK delivery usually takes between 1-3 working days. We offer free delivery within the UK for Royal Mail First Class. All other shipping options (including all international shipping), are charged to you at discounted rates, and carry different implications, such as delivery times and traceability.
We recommend you select shipping options with tracking to ensure your order is traceable and signed for, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items where proof of delivery is unavailable. A trace will need to be issued to track any lost goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved within 7 working days.
All orders placed during business hours (Monday-Friday) are guaranteed to be shipped out the same day or next business day at the very latest. All other orders are guaranteed to be shipped out the next business day (so orders placed during holidays or weekends, for example, will not be shipped out until the next business day).
If, due to an event outside of our control, we are unable to meet the estimated time of delivery, we will try to contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Events outside of our control means any event or act beyond our reasonable control including without limitation strikes or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riots, storm, flood and other natural disasters, failure of a private or public telecommunications network or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping and other means of public and private transport.

We offer International Delivery Options at discounted rates; International delivery can take anywhere from just a few days up to 30 days, depending on the delivery option, time, carrier, geographic location and the customs process in your country.
Please note, any customs duty (import duty) and/or local taxes for international shipping will be the sole responsibility of you, the customer. Once you receive the product in your country, you are responsible for paying those fees if applicable. Please also note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country of which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
In general, Western European parcels normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days, but you should allow up to 2 weeks. For the rest of the world, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. A signature is often required upon delivery for international parcels. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable delays.
If you receive the product in an unreasonable condition, you can return your product to us and exchange it for a new product or receive a refund providing certain conditions are met.
We only replace items or provide refunds for goods that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. You are responsible for examining the goods following delivery and you will need to notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org of any problems within 7 days of receiving the goods to provide us with details of the item and a return delivery date.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product you must return it to us within 7 Days of receiving it for the item to be considered for a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Misused or abused merchandise will not be treated as defective and will not be considered for a refund or an exchange.
We also require proof of purchase for refunds and exchanges to be considered.
There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: For example, where any damage caused is for reasons beyond our control and not due to our own error. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
Should you wish to return an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a Returns mailing address.
You will need to return the product to us if you wish to exchange an item or receive a refund in the unlikely case of a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, and it is recommended you insure the return package and retain proof of postage as the return is your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for returned goods lost in transit so it is recommended you return the goods Recorded Delivery (signed for).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. Any exchange will be shipped immediately following approval at no extra charge to you.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund as all shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The price of our Products and any delivery charge will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. All prices will be quoted in GBP sterling.
Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude the discounted delivery costs, unless you select Royal Mail First Class for free delivery within UK. Any delivery costs will be added to the total amount due.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.
Payment must be made online where we accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal payments. Payment must be received prior to dispatching your order. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any delivery charges.
Payment for all Products whether credit/debit card or PayPal is accepted via our online payment service provider, PayPal.

All order details/receipts will be emailed to you. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified. Only at our discretion will we ship to a separate delivery address.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery.
If a credit/debit card associated with a different currency is used, additional bank charges may apply.
Our total liability to you under our terms of service will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Products you purchased.
Once an order is made, it is not possible to cancel or amend that order unless an email to email@example.com is received within 30 minutes of that order being placed, detailing the request. This is because we aim to dispatch your item soon after the order is received. Any cancellations made within this timeframe carry a handling charge of 10%.
Please note, if the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order but we will make a charge not exceeding £10.00 to cover our costs in resending these goods out to you.
